Here at Turtle Clips, we want to make caring for the planet as easy for our customers as possible.
That’s why we have developed our recycling scheme for your old flip flops.

Not only will we make sure that your old flip flops don’t end up in landfill or as ocean waste but as a thank you, we will also give you 10% off your next purchase with us.

Firstly, our packaging is 100% recyclable so please put it in your domestic recycling bin.

By 2030 we plan to have our entire footwear line as close to 100% recyclable as possible. We are also researching schemes to make parts of our shoes from harvested ocean plastics.

For now you can recycle your old Turtle Flips and Turtle Clips in three easy steps:

  1. Send your old pair to:
    Turtle Clips Ltd,
    45a High Street,
    Eton, SL4 6BL    .

    Feel free to remove the straps from the soles if you think this will make your postage costs lower (we think you should be able to get down to a large letter). Our straps and toe posts are 100% recyclable so we will take them to an appropriate recycling plant or you can cut the clips and characters off and put the straps in your domestic recycling at home before posting the rest to us

  2. Include a note with your email address in your return (so we can send you your 10% off code)

  3. We receive your Turtle Flips and / or Turtle Clips and send you 10% off for your next order with us. The soles, clips and characters can be upcycled in to new items like children’s playmats; toys; even art and jewellery. We will deliver these parts to the appropriate upcycling facility so that nothing ends up in landfill or in the ocean
